Our Executive Coaching is the fourth tier of employee coaching. Through this top-level 12-month program, PRADCO consultants provide ongoing real-time support to go along with the Premium Program offerings in order to drive constant, sustainable development.
The process starts with an assessment, includes feedback and seven (7) action planning sessions, where a development plan is put in place.
The program includes working with multiple coaching experts and can include regular updates with the participant’s manager. The action plan includes measurable steps to be taken that will demonstrate progress on developmental goals. Following this, a remeasure assessment will be conducted to see where progress was made.
