BARB UTRUP
Senior Management Consultant

Barb has over 20 years of experience in human resources and business consulting. She has supported organizations in the areas of talent management and organizational development, and has experience in various industries. At PRADCO, she works with leaders to refine their leadership skills, and offers strategies to enhance their effectiveness on the job. She also develops and facilitates training programs to assist teams and organizations develop into high-performing units, effectively lead change, and operate more cohesively. Barb earned a BBA in Human Resources from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and holds Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.

DR. BOB BICKMIEIR
Senior Management Consultant

As a Senior Management Consultant at PRADCO, Dr. Bob Bickmeier supports the organization with updated research through his interdisciplinary education in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Organizational Science. He is proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methods and design, data analysis, and best practices related to the workplace. Bob uses his research processes and knowledge to approach organizations with a data-driven perspective and a focus on assessment validation to ensure sound recommendations. He has worked with a variety of organizations to plan and develop new divisions, to design and conduct engagement surveys, and to work with leadership to implement data-driven recommendations. Dr. Bob Bickmeier obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Ohio University. He obtained an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Ph.D. in Organizational Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

JOREN TENGESDAL
Senior Management Consultant

Joren’s diverse consulting experience enables him to support organizations at every stage of the talent cycle. As a Senior Management Consultant, Joren pays close attention to the unique talent needs of clients and offers solutions that span all services offered by PRADCO. His expertise in executive assessment makes him a trusted advisor for clients looking to fill key leadership positions. He is skilled at blending multiple data points to offer well-informed recommendations for leadership development. Joren earned his B.A. in Psychological Science at Gustavus Adolphus College and his M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at The University of Akron. He is a Ph.D. candidate at The University of Akron, where he is completing a dissertation focused on researching the motivational elements of executive coaching.

KEN GRAHAM, Ph.D
Senior Management Consultant

As a Senior Management Consultant, Dr. Ken Graham designs and conducts talent assessments to evaluate candidate fit for the specific roles and business needs of his diverse clientele. He uses PRADCO’s extensive library of scientific tools to pinpoint the strengths and developmental areas of candidates, and then advises clients on crucial talent decisions. Ken brings a global perspective to the PRADCO team due to his extensive experience working abroad and supporting multinational organizations with their unique talent challenges. He has particular depth with Japanese companies and culture and is adept at adapting solutions to multicultural environments. He has coached leaders and C-level executives in the U.S., Asia, and Europe, with a particular interest in supporting the identification and development of early-career high-potential talent. Ken is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a division of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Ken Graham obtained a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A./Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. He also completed an M.B.A. at Temple University’s Fox School of Business (Tokyo, Japan campus).

PAIGE CSERHATI
Senior Management Consultant

Paige is dedicated to ensuring organizations receive high-quality insights to make excellent decisions around talent acquisition and employee development. Her expertise lies in conducting behavioral assessments, creating insightful candidate reports, and delivering valuable feedback to leaders. Additionally, Paige leverages her background in learning and development by collaborating with PRADCO’s Organizational Development leaders to facilitate programs and develop learning content. Her broad experience in learning and development, content creation, and employee evaluation inform her approach to meet the varying needs of clients in different industries. Paige earned a B.A. in Neuroscience from Hiram College with a concentration in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience.

PATRICK JOHNSON
Senior Management Consultant

Patrick brings to PRADCO diverse experience from the military, public, and private sector organizations, including education, law enforcement, government affairs, and healthcare. Patrick’s service as a U.S. Air Force senior enlisted leader, labor relations specialist, and organizational development consultant has equipped him with insight about challenges facing today’s leaders. As a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and Executive Coach, Patrick uses PRADCO’s various assessment tools to assist others in gaining increased awareness of self and others. Patrick’s team coaching approach employs strengths-based development, empowering teams to elevate their performance and implement strategies to improve organizational success. Patrick earned his B.S. in Occupational Education and Human Services from Wayland Baptist University and his M.B.A. with concentration in Human Resources from DeVry’s Keller Graduate School of Management. He is a master facilitator and trainer and certified in advanced conflict resolution.

RON PANAGGIO
Senior Management Consultant

Ron has nearly 30 years of professional HR experience in both the private service sector and manufacturing. Ron began his HR career in recruiting and professionally progressed into leadership roles in labor and employee relations, regional HR support, and most recently as the director of HR for an international manufacturing company. Ron has significant experience in helping organizations through union organizing attempts, contract negotiations, grievances, and arbitrations. Ron has a relaxed and approachable style that helps him build trusting relationships. He has volunteered his time to helping veterans transition from the military to civilian life by working with American Corporate Partners, as well as other community-based organizations dedicated to helping people in career transitions. Ron earned his B.S. in Business Communications from James Madison University. He has his Senior Professional Certification (SCP) from the Society of Human Resource Management.

JOE LUBIN
Director of Business Development

Joe has over 20 years of experience in the public sector, mainly in human resources for municipalities. Throughout his career, he has attained a breadth of experience in all aspects of human resources, including collective bargaining, talent acquisition, selection systems, training programs, benefits, compliance, and policy development. His sincere and approachable style enables others to see him as a trusted partner and talent management advisor when it comes to solving their business problems. Joe earned his B.A. in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources at Cleveland State University. He is certified as a Professional by the International Public Management Association for Human Resources.

AMANDA GOWER
Administrative Team Lead

As the Administrative Team Lead at PRADCO, Amanda manages a team of support personnel across two offices to ensure an efficient and high-quality delivery of service to both internal and external customers.  Amanda and her team regularly work with clients and our internal consultants in scheduling, reviewing, editing, and finalizing key deliverables that reflect PRADCO’s high standards.  With her five years of experience, Amanda has a wealth of knowledge and experience that she uses to guide her team and ensure the overall operation at PRADCO runs smoothly. Prior to joining PRADCO, Amanda spent a total of eight years in a variety of capacities in the restaurant business. During this time, she honed her skills in operational management, staff training, maximizing revenue goals, and delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Amanda also spent four years in a local elementary school as a Special Education Paraprofessional. These combined experiences gave her the knowledge and skills to manage the work in a team environment, while also coaching people in an impactful way at the individual level. Amanda earned her B.S.B.A. in Marketing and Economics from The Ohio State University in March 2006.

JENNIFER DAHER, PMP
Project Manager

As a Project Manager at PRADCO, Jennifer is responsible for leading and supporting various projects for the business for both internal and external stakeholders. As such, she works with organizational leaders to define a project’s scope and goals. She is also responsible for the planning, organizing, and completion of projects. She makes sure that projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. Jennifer is also a member of the Agile team where she performs quality assurance testing of PRADCO’s web application. She is an important contributor to many of the projects and initiatives PRADCO undertakes. She earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from Cleveland State University.
