Unique to PRADCO, these two programs are hosted throughout the year in a cohort setting that facilitates development in an atmosphere of engagement and learning. Our Signature Programs can be customized to be held on-site or virtually.
WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP
PRADCO’s Women In Leadership Program focuses on the key behaviors that are demonstrated by successful female leaders. We understand that women face unique challenges and demands as career professionals. Our program leverages data and individual assessment results to help women reach their career goals.
The goal of the Women In Leadership Program is to further develop capabilities in female leaders through a process of learning and personal discovery, to make stronger contributions within their careers and the organizations they serve.
MANAGER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
PRADCO’s Manager Development Program can help put the critical employee development step back in focus. This program, built for first-or mid-level managers, helps your organization invest in people for the long-term. Developing managers is critical to ensure that they are equipped to make the necessary contributions to the organization now, and to further prepare them for higher-level leadership roles in the future.
