TERRY W. OWEN, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer/Owner
Dr. Owen joined PRADCO in 1971. As a licensed psychologist, Dr. Owen has played an instrumental role over the years as Staff Psychologist, Director of the Assessment Division, and Corporate Vice President. He was promoted to President in 1981, and became Chief Executive Officer in 2008. His current responsibilities lie in providing leadership and coaching to people at all levels, both within and outside of PRADCO. He relishes opportunities to impact people and organizations through his efforts and focuses on bottom-line improvements. Dr. Owen obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees from Heidelberg College and Bucknell University before completing his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Illinois.

KRISTIN T. TULL, Ph.D.
President/Owner
Dr. Tull’s career with PRADCO began in 1991, and she earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Akron. Dr. Tull was promoted to President in 2008 and works with several of PRADCO’s largest clients in developing their talent management strategies. In addition to her account management and business development activities, she has been an industry leader in the creation of the assessment instruments that constitute the backbone of PRADCO’s evaluation strategy. While building her own team of management consultants, the company has expanded its offerings and become integral to many of PRADCO’s clients by focusing on ways to select, retain, and develop employees and stronger organizations. Dr. Tull provides the leadership and the vision to ensure PRADCO continues to be successful for many years to come.

EDDA OWEN
Office Manager/Owner
Ms. Owen joined PRADCO in 1979 as a part-time receptionist and Administrative Assistant, and eventually became the Office Manager which is the position she holds today. Ms. Owen’s contributions to the company have been many, including supporting the administrative team, managing company resources, interfacing with clients and being part of all key decisions within the company. She stays abreast of all happenings, is up-to-date with emerging technology, and provides help and support wherever it is needed. She has a real eye for detail and is a great resource when it comes to ensuring high quality in PRADCO deliverables. Ms. Owen’s long history with the company provides stability and her knowledge of our products, services, and operations is very helpful to the day to day running of the business.

LAWRENCE J. BORODKIN, Ph.D.
Vice President of Public Sector Services
Dr. Borodkin serves as a Vice President of PRADCO. He has over 30 years of experience in the assessment and coaching of executives and managers, and has worked extensively with municipal entities in the assessment and training of safety forces personnel. He is responsible for leading and growing a significant portion of PRADCO’s business and also spends time training and coaching the professional staff. Formerly a Director of Human Resources at a nonprofit organization, Dr. Borodkin has contributed his practical knowledge and insight to helping organizations face the critical business challenges of the 21st century. Dr. Borodkin earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Akron.

JAMES LUNDQUIST, M.A.
Regional General Manager & Vice President
Since joining PRADCO in 2011, Mr. Lundquist has drawn extensively on his experience in sales, finance, and psychology to advance through the ranks of the company. He works extensively with large clients to help high-potential and executive leaders develop their skills and realize their ambitions. He has collaborated with clients to develop and deliver performance appraisal systems, and established company benchmarks to identify the behaviors necessary to perform a job successfully. Mr. Lundquist also manages the consulting team to ensure high-quality products and services are delivered to PRADCO’s clients. He serves as a coach and mentor to our employees and is a significant contributor to the leadership team. Mr. Lundquist earned his B.A. in Psychology from Southwestern University and his M.A. in Psychology from Sam Houston State University.

JENNIFER WELLS, I.M.B.A.
Vice President of Finance
Ms. Wells works to build PRADCO’s short- and long-term financial initiatives with other members of the leadership team, guaranteeing the organization’s continued success and growth. A results-oriented financial leader with over 20 years of experience in driving business, working capital, and cash flow improvement, Ms. Wells supports all financial functions of our organization. Her strong technical and analytical abilities provide critical insights and help bring business strategies to life. Additionally, Ms. Wells oversees human resources, employee benefits, and is also a key member of the senior leadership team. She earned her B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Akron and her I.M.B.A. from Baldwin-Wallace.

KARLA WLUDYGA, MSOD
Vice President of Organizational Development
Ms. Wludyga’s unique background and understanding of the media and public relations enable her to effectively coach leaders to enhance their executive presence, communication skills, and overall influence. Certified as an Executive Coach, in Appreciative Inquiry for Positive Business and Societal Change, and in Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, Ms. Wludyga uses PRADCO’s assessment tools to help clients implement changes to resolve their business and people issues. An experienced facilitator, Ms. Wludyga leads group and individual programs for women leaders, teams that want to improve their collective performance, and individuals with a desire to hone their management and communication skills. She earned her B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Ohio University and her M.S. in Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University.

ERNEST HOFFMAN, Ph.D.
Vice President of Assessments and Research & Development
As the Director of Assessments, Dr. Hoffman oversees the assessment business in terms of how evaluations are conducted and in aligning our team around current best practices and emerging client needs. He also directs Research & Development efforts to validate the work we do as well as create new and relevant product offerings. Dr. Hoffman is passionate about assessing and developing talent in individuals, teams, and organizations using practices that are based on cutting-edge research and scientific evidence. He connects with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations. He obtained a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A./Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. His research has been distributed in leading publications in the field. Dr. Hoffman’s passion for the candidate and client experience along with his assessment and analytical skills make him a valuable part of the PRADCO team.

JOE LUBIN
Director of Business Development
Mr. Lubin has over 20 years of experience in the public sector, mainly in human resources for municipalities. Throughout his career, he has attained a breadth of experience in all aspects of human resources, including collective bargaining, talent acquisition, selection systems, training programs, benefits, compliance, and policy development. Mr. Lubin’s sincere and approachable style enables others to see him as a trusted partner and talent management advisor when it comes to solving their business problems. Mr. Lubin earned his B.A. in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources at Cleveland State University. He is certified as a Professional by the International Public Management Association for Human Resources.

RENEE HODGENS
Director of Sales and Marketing
Mrs. Hodgens has over 20 years of experience as a goal oriented and results driven professional in sales, marketing, and customer relations. She is highly motivated with a successful record of consultative selling nationally in business-to-business environments. Throughout her career she has been successful in effectively managing client relationships with a proven ability to lead, inspire, and drive performance while building long-term relationships creating a competitive advantage. As a member of the PRADCO team, Mrs. Hodgens is focused on driving new business development both in Northeast Ohio as well as nationally and helping clients develop talent management strategies that bring value and allow them to meet their organizational goals. Mrs. Hodgens earned her B.S. in Education at East Tennessee State University and her Master of Education at John Carroll University.

BARB UTRUP
Senior Management Consultant
Ms. Utrup has over 20 years of experience in human resources and business consulting. She has supported organizations in the areas of talent management and organizational development, and has experience in various industries. At PRADCO, Ms. Utrup works with leaders to refine their leadership skills, and offers strategies to enhance their effectiveness on the job. Ms. Utrup also develops and facilitates training programs to assist teams and organizations develop into high-performing units, effectively lead change, and operate more cohesively. Ms. Utrup earned a BBA in Human Resources from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and holds Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.

PAIGE CSERHATI
Senior Management Consultant
Ms. Cserhati is dedicated to ensuring organizations receive high-quality insights to make excellent decisions around talent acquisition and employee development. Ms. Cserhati’s expertise lies in conducting behavioral assessments, creating insightful candidate reports, and delivering valuable feedback to leaders. Additionally, she leverages her background in learning and development by collaborating with PRADCO’s Organizational Development leaders to facilitate programs and develop learning content. Ms. Cserhati’s broad experience in learning and development, content creation, and employee evaluation inform her approach to meet the varying needs of clients in different industries. Ms. Cserhati earned a B.A. in Neuroscience from Hiram College with a concentration in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience.

LISA WHITE, Ph.D., MSW
Management Consultant
As a Management Consultant at PRADCO, Dr. White supports clients by drawing on her ability to relate to people of all levels and backgrounds. With more than 15 years of experience in coaching, Dr. White has helped individuals from various industries and management levels to refine their leadership skills by empowering them to communicate effectively and lead with confidence. Dr. White has excellent facilitation skills and conducts training on a variety of topics, with a particular passion for DEI initiatives. She also conducts behavioral interviews to provide PRADCO’s clients with actionable data to confidently hire and promote the best candidates. Dr. White earned her B.S. in Psychology from Jackson State University and her Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Capella University. She also holds a Masters of Social Work from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

PAUL CIMINO
Product Manager & IT Operations
Mr. Cimino plays an important role at PRADCO managing both product development and IT operations. As the product manager, he acts as the voice of the customer and guides PRADCO’s product development and future product strategy. He strives to deeply understand our customers’ challenges in order to build solution-based products that meet our customers’ needs. In IT Operations, Mr. Cimino works within our Agile team doing technical QA and discovery. He is also responsible for network and cloud administration and security. With over 25 years of IT experience, Mr. Cimino has been involved at some level in every version of the PRADCO assessment platform since its initial launch in the early 2000s. He holds SANS GCFE and Comptia CySA+ certifications.

JENNIFER DAHER, PMP
Project Manager
As a Project Manager at PRADCO, Ms. Daher is responsible for leading and supporting various projects for the business for both internal and external stakeholders. As such, she works with organizational leaders to define a project’s scope and goals. She is also responsible for the planning, organizing, and completion of projects. She makes sure that projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. Ms. Daher is also a member of the Agile team where she performs quality assurance testing of PRADCO’s web application. She is an important contributor to many of the projects and initiatives PRADCO undertakes. She earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from Cleveland State University.
