PRADCO’s Leadership Team
Terry W. Owen, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Owen joined PRADCO in 1971. As a licensed psychologist, Dr. Owen has played an instrumental role over the years as Staff Psychologist, Director of the Assessment Division, and Corporate Vice President. He was promoted to President in 1981, and became Chief Executive Officer in 2008. His current responsibilities lie mainly with the leadership of business operations. He obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees from Heidelberg College and Bucknell University before completing his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Illinois.
Kristin T. Tull, Ph.D.
President
Dr. Tull’s career with PRADCO began in 1991, when she relocated to Cleveland and earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Akron. Dr. Tull was promoted to President in 2008 and works with several of PRADCO’s largest clients in the evaluation of key personnel. Furthermore, she has assumed primary responsibility for many accounts where she works closely with top executives to help them evaluate and refine their management teams. She has also been a key leader in the development of new products and she is the primary person who manages professional staff.
WILLIAM (BILL) ALEXANDER
Vice President of IT and Finance
Mr. Alexander joined PRADCO in 2016 as an experienced leader with an established track record of delivering working software at an enterprise level, while adapting to the needs of organizations with rapid growth. He has over 18 years of experience in software development and team management, working with national and international teams. As the Vice President of IT, HR, & Finance, Mr. Alexander has led and implemented several IT strategies at PRADCO, including the transition to Agile software development practices, the modernization of financials and HR services software, and the integration of cloud-based programs using Dynamics 365.
Lawrence J. Borodkin, Ph.D.
Vice President of Safety Force Services
Dr. Borodkin serves as a Vice President of PRADCO. He has over 20 years of experience in the assessment and coaching of executives and managers, and has worked extensively with municipal entities in the assessment and training of safety forces personnel. Formerly a Director of Human Resources at one of the country’s most effective nonprofit organizations, Dr. Borodkin has contributed his practical knowledge and insight to helping organizations face the critical business challenges of the 21st century. Dr. Borodkin earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Akron.
James Lundquist, M.A.
Vice President of Consulting Services
Since joining PRADCO in 2011, Mr. Lundquist has drawn extensively on his experience in technology, finance, and sales, as well as his background in psychology. An important contributor to PRADCO’s coaching team, he works extensively with some of the company’s largest clients to help high-potential leaders develop their skills and realize their ambitions. He has collaborated with clients to develop and deliver performance appraisal systems, and established company and job-specific models to aid in identifying the behaviors necessary to perform a job successfully. Mr. Lundquist was also a key contributor in developing a research-based coaching program specifically for project managers. Mr. Lundquist earned his B.A. in Psychology from Southwestern University and his M.A. in Psychology from Sam Houston State University.
Aaron Kowaleski
Director of Sales & Marketing Mr. Kowaleski is responsible for the growth & development of PRADCO’s sales & marketing organization. Aaron has a dynamic and extensive background in sales leadership, marketing, and organizational development. He develops, coaches, and leads a team that helps our client’s bolster organizational efforts to maximize the potential of their employees by helping select the right candidates, increase engagement and retainment of high-caliber employees, and construct high performing teams by providing organizational development strategies that align with their specific company culture and growth goals.
Kaleb Embaugh, M.A.
Director of Assessments Mr. Embaugh joined the PRADCO team in 2013 and comes from a background of Coaching and Talent Management. He supports organizations’ efforts to maximize the potential of their people and offers practical solutions for doing so. His work in the areas of Selection and Employee Development has helped companies to identify the right talent and retain people long-term. As an executive coach, he offers feedback and developmental suggestions to high-potential leaders, drawing on cutting-edge research and using a data-driven approach. Mr. Embaugh also has expertise in training program design and delivery, competency model development, job analysis, selection and assessment validation, and technical reporting. Mr. Embaugh earned his B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. Ernest Hoffman, Ph.D.
Director of Research & Development As the Director of Research & Development, Dr. Hoffman provides recommendations to clients in all industries and fields. He is passionate about assessing and developing leadership in individuals, teams, and organizations using practices that are based on cutting-edge research, and well-established scientific evidence. He connects with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations. Dr. Hoffman also plays a significant role in developing our training content and providing validity evidence for our products and services. He obtained a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A./Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. His research has been distributed in leading publications in the field. He has also completed the Master of Divinity program at Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Hoffman’s experience and analytical skills make him a valuable part of the PRADCO team. Karla Wludyga, MSOD
Director of Organizational Development A communicator by trade for nearly 20 years, Ms. Wludyga’s unique background and understanding of the media and public relations enable her to effectively coach leaders to enhance their executive presence, communication skills, storytelling ability, and overall influence to persuade and motivate. She quickly builds rapport and credibility with senior leaders, coaching clients to minimize weaknesses and leverage their strengths and authentic selves to drive bottom-line results.
Certified as an Executive Coach, in Appreciative Inquiry for Positive Business and Societal Change and in Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, Ms. Wludyga uses PRADCO’s assessment tools and asks the right questions to help clients identify their needs and implement change-management programs to resolve their business and people issues. An experienced facilitator, Ms. Wludyga leads group and individual programs for women leaders, teams that want to improve their collective performance, and individuals with a desire to hone their management and communication skills. Jennifer Daher
Management Consultant As a Management Consultant at PRADCO, Ms. Daher supports the organization in all areas of Organizational Development. Her diverse business background includes working for both privately held and public organizations. She has experience with establishing a small business from inception to grand opening, to managing internal communications, end-user training, and project management. Ms. Daher has worked in various industries including commercial real estate and finance, and draws on her experience to assist individuals and organizations to operate more effectively. ALISON O’NEAL, M.A.
Management Consultant As a Management Consultant with PRADCO, Ms. O’Neal is passionate about making data-driven decisions to build high-performing teams. She serves clients directly by leading interviews, providing candidate feedback sessions, interpreting candidate behavioral assessments, and compiling results into a comprehensive and accessible format. Ms. O’Neal is a member of our Research & Development team, focusing on the creation of new products and the evolution of PRADCO assessment tools. In addition, she collaborates with our Organizational Development team to facilitate programs promoting Management Development and Women In Leadership. Ms. O’Neal earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, OH. After gaining significant experience in training and employee development, she earned her M.A. in Public Policy & Management from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.
Barb Utrup
Senior Management Consultant Ms. Utrup has over 20 years experience leading Human Resources departments and business consulting. She has partnered with managers to support their strategic goals in the areas of talent management, organizational development, and human resources. Her experience in various industries including healthcare, manufacturing, sports and non-profit spans from strategy and operations to leadership and team development.
At PRADCO, Ms. Utrup focuses on delivering learning and development initiatives to meet the strategic and operational needs of our clients. She works with leaders to refine their leadership skills, and offers strategies to enhance their effectiveness on the job. Finally, Ms. Utrup develops and facilitates training programs to assist teams and organizations develop into high-performing units, effectively lead change, and operate more cohesively. Ms. Utrup earned a BBA in Human Resources from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and holds certifications from Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
