Case Study: Closing the Gender Gap in Leadership
The Challenge
A national insurance firm had less than 5% of women in leadership positions, limiting both representation and future leadership potential.
The Solution
PRADCO introduced six cohorts of the Women in Leadership Program over five years, focusing on behavior-based learning, strategic networking, and confidence building.
The Transformation
- Women in leadership increased from 5% to over 50%
- 30% of program participants were promoted into senior roles
- 18% of the company’s workforce completed the program
- The program became the company’s gold standard for leadership development
