PRADCO was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 1955 by psychologists Erwin Taylor, Edwin Nevis, and Richard Barrett. PRADCO began by helping leading industrial firms evaluate talent using behavioral science. Early clients like Republic Steel, National City Bank, Diebold, Timken, and Chevrolet trusted us to deliver practical insights that translated into better hiring, stronger leaders, and more effective teams.
As the business evolved, so did our impact. Under the leadership of Dr. Terry Owen and later his daughter, Dr. Kristin Tull, PRADCO expanded its capabilities from assessments to coaching, training, and long-term organizational development strategies.
