This program is designed to build the next generation of leaders who can make the contributions necessary for success now and in the future. It is built for first-level to mid-level managers with 0–3 years of experience. PRADCO’s Virtual Striving for Excellence: Manager Development Program provides an accelerated and comprehensive learning opportunity for managers to acquire and develop the skills and knowledge needed to perform effectively that would normally take years to acquire on the job.

We have found that groups with a minimum of 10 participants get the best experience from this program. It includes one individual coaching session per participant, with the option of adding another.

This program goes beyond operational management; it cultivates leaders who think boldly and communicate powerfully as purpose-driven leaders who influence across levels and shape the future of their organizations.

The program features four three-hour modules which are outlined below. Prior to the first workshop, participants will complete the PRADCO Quick ViewTM Leadership and Personal Styles assessments followed by an assessment feedback session with a PRADCO coach to help them better understand their strengths and opportunities. They will also receive guidance on drafting an action plan based on their assessment results.

PRADCO research finds one of the most prominent behaviors women emphasize is time management. It makes sense that with all the responsibilities women have, they stress flexibility and adaptability and bring those attributes to their work. We also find that women tend to focus on their own personal performance over driving results through others, often accommodating the needs of others and putting more pressure on themselves.
PRADCO’s Striving for Excellence: Women in Leadership program is designed to help women identify their value, influence others with authentic leadership, and develop strategies to confidently lead their teams to achieve greater success.

This four-month program enhances participants’ leadership skills to improve organizational results. Participants will achieve greater self-awareness through PRADCO’s assessments, share learning and best practices during group sessions, and execute an action plan with the support of individualized coaching to achieve the participant’s goals.

Participants must have access to the internet and be able to use Zoom as the group meeting platform. Group webinars and individual coaching sessions are scheduled in advance. All other work conducted in this program can be completed at any time within established time frames.
