Our Standard Coaching Package is the second tier of employee coaching. Through this three-month program, the individual begins the development process with an assessment. The next step is a feedback session to review results, followed by an action plan session, where a development plan is put in place.
The program includes working with one of our coaching experts and will include regular updates with the participant’s manager. The action plan includes measurable steps to be taken that will demonstrate progress on developmental goals.
