HOW FULL VIEW ASSESSMENTS WORK
We tailor our approach by consulting with your team to understand important information to evaluate. The Full View Assessment includes a battery of online exercises designed to understand a person’s motivation, leadership, work approach, interpersonal style, and decision-making. Upon completion, a PRADCO consultant reviews the materials and then conducts an in-depth interview to explore strengths and potential concerns that have emerged. Candidates are also provided feedback to address strengths, weaknesses, and openness to feedback.
The Full View Assessment will provide you with information relative to the issues and concerns raised from the testing and interviewing process, in addition to individuals key strengths and weaknesses. Ratings in five categories will describe a holistic view of the individual, and a summary of the bottom line degree of fit of the individual for the role and your organization is provided.
Our assessments also include customized interview questions to help you in the selection process and our online format is designed to minimize faking. We offer different levels of assessments for the different roles in your organization so that you can consistently hire, train, and retain top talent.
