“PRADCO coaches our employees, giving them an outlet to address any issues that they normally wouldn’t address with their line managers,” Westcott says. “It’s a completely different perspective — a personal dynamic perspective or a human interaction perspective — that is added to the coaching, whereas, as a manager, I would give more contextual coaching. That’s probably where the big value add is.”
