From the beginning of Kaman’s partnership with PRADCO, Nancy L’Esperance, Vice President, Human Resources, says she has appreciated that the PRADCO team took time to fully learn about the organization’s goals and worked to create a program around them.
“One of the things that PRADCO does best is that they really spend a good amount of time trying to understand your organization,” she says. “They were very good at understanding that we’ve never done this before, and they didn’t try to push all of their services at once. They just allowed us to ease into the process, and see the value of it before expanding it onto the development assessment, and then expand that into coaching.”
Beyond this tailored approach to the partnership, Greg Troy, Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer, says that the relationship has also grown because of the proactive service of the PRADCO team.
“Their responsiveness is the validation of how they value our company and what they deliver,” Troy says. “That’s what sets them apart. We often set up calls to discuss difficult things, and never are they delayed or moved. That is once again centered on how much they put on the customer experience. They are very customer focused. They are focused on their ability to turn around an assessment in a quick timeframe so we don’t lose traction.”
L’Esperance echoes Troy’s thoughts on the responsiveness for the partnership: “PRADCO has very good service. They have been dependable with respect to saying that once one of our applicants or employees finishes an assessment, they will have that report returned in the same day.”
