PRADCO’s Leadership Team
Terry W. Owen, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Owen joined PRADCO in 1971. As a licensed psychologist, Dr. Owen has played an instrumental role over the years as Staff Psychologist, Director of the Assessment Division, and Corporate Vice President. He was promoted to President in 1981, and became Chief Executive Officer in 2008. His current responsibilities lie mainly with the leadership of business operations. He obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees from Heidelberg College and Bucknell University before completing his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Illinois.
Kristin T. Tull, Ph.D.
Dr. Tull’s career with PRADCO began in 1991, when she relocated to Cleveland and earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Akron. Dr. Tull was promoted to President in 2008 and works with several of PRADCO’s largest clients in the evaluation of key personnel. Furthermore, she has assumed primary responsibility for many accounts where she works closely with top executives to help them evaluate and refine their management teams. She has also been a key leader in the development of new products and she is the primary person who manages professional staff.
Lawrence J. Borodkin, Ph.D.
Dr. Borodkin serves as a Vice President of PRADCO. He has over 20 years of experience in the assessment and coaching of executives and managers, and has worked extensively with municipal entities in the assessment and training of safety forces personnel. Formerly a Director of Human Resources at one of the country’s most effective nonprofit organizations, Dr. Borodkin has contributed his practical knowledge and insight to helping organizations face the critical business challenges of the 21st century. Dr. Borodkin earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Akron.
James Lundquist, M.A.
Director of Talent Development
Since joining PRADCO in 2011, Mr. Lundquist has drawn extensively on his experience in technology, finance, and sales, as well as his background in psychology. An important contributor to PRADCO’s coaching team, he works extensively with some of the company’s largest clients to help high-potential leaders develop their skills and realize their ambitions. He has collaborated with clients to develop and deliver performance appraisal systems, and established company and job-specific models to aid in identifying the behaviors necessary to perform a job successfully. Mr. Lundquist was also a key contributor in developing a research-based coaching program specifically for project managers. Mr. Lundquist earned his B.A. in Psychology from Southwestern University and his M.A. in Psychology from Sam Houston State University.
Director of Business Development
Ms. Rohlik contributes to PRADCO’s growth by leading the company’s business development efforts into new geographies and industries, conducting sales presentations to organizational executives and corporate leadership. Based on the identification of customer needs, she helps organizations implement standard selection and development systems, or create customized evaluation processes. She strives to understand the culture of the organizations and agencies being served and to become knowledgeable about their organizational structures, hiring needs, labor and personnel practices, core values, and current challenges. Ms. Rohlik promotes PRADCO’s presence through local networking events and sponsorship opportunities at business trade shows.
Lee Ann Schwope Cochran
Vice President Sales and Marketing
Ms. Cochran received her BS in Materials Science & Engineering from The Ohio State University and has led numerous teams in Research & Development, Quality, Manufacturing and Sales. Currently, Lee Ann leads Sales and Marketing at PRADCO where she is creating a strategic vision which will take the organization to the next phase in its growth. Prior to PRADCO Lee Ann spent 15 years in the Defense and Aerospace industry and was a passionate advocate for diversity in STEM. Lee Ann was named the youngest VP at Battelle in their 80-year history. She has negotiated mission-critical licensing agreements within complex environments and with international partners, engaging in licensing and/or new business transactions in the UK, France, Switzerland, Germany, Israel, and Japan. Ms. Cochran has been recognized as 2017 Smart Business Progressive Woman, named as one of the 2014 Women You Should Know by Women for Economic and Leadership Development, and acknowledged by Battelle as a Women’s History Month Honoree for bringing forward ideas to drive change and shape the future.
