
Terry W. Owen, Ph.D. Dr. Owen has
held the position of President since 1981 where his responsibilities
lie mainly with the management of business operations. As a licensed
psychologist, Dr. Owen has played an instrumental role over the years
as Staff Psychologist, Director of the Assessment Division, and Corporate
Vice President.
Dr. Owen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Heidelberg College,
as well as a Master of Arts from Bucknell University. He also obtained a Ph.D.
in Social Psychology from the University of Illinois, while working for the
VA Hospital in Danville, Illinois as a Social Psychologist.
Kristin T. Tull, Ph.D. Dr. Tull holds
the position of Vice President and Corporate Secretary. She works with
several of PRADCO's largest clients in the evaluation of key personnel.
Furthermore, she has assumed primary responsibility for many accounts
where she works closely with top executives to help them evaluate and
refine their management teams. She has also been a key leader in the
development of new products for Internet testing and she is the primary
person who manages and trains professional staff.
In 1989, Dr. Tull received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from
Denison University. Immediately following this, she attended Xavier
University in Cincinnati, Ohio where she received her Master's degree
in Clinical Psychology in 1991.
Dr. Tull's career with PRADCO began in 1991 when she relocated to
Cleveland and pursued her doctoral degree at the University of Akron.
She completed her dissertation entitled The Effects of Faking Behavior
on the Prediction of Sales Performance, and she received her Ph.D. in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 1997. She earned her license
to practice psychology in the State of Ohio in 2000.
Ronald G. Carobine, M.A.
Mr. Carobine is Vice President and Director of PRADCO's Columbus office, managing
selection and promotion assessments, leadership consulting, management
coaching and specialized project work. Mr. Carobine joined PRADCO in
1995 as a Management Consultant. His project work at PRADCO includes
selection models, structured interview programs, interview skills training,
team interaction training, employee satisfaction surveys, and the development
of assessment tools.
Prior to joining PRADCO, Mr. Carobine worked for seven years as a
Management Consultant with Barrett and Associates, Inc., where he advanced
to the position of Vice President of Project Administration. He was
responsible for the management and delivery of consulting contracts
encompassing the development of selection tests and assessment centers,
performance evaluation instruments and employee development programs.
Mr. Carobine obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology from
Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1986 and went on to earn his Master's
Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron
in 1992. Mr. Carobine has also completed graduate training in the areas of
employment law, personnel selection, organizational training & development,
and psychological tests and measures.
