Overview: PRADCO's Leadership 360 assembles information from a variety of people who deal with the leader on a regular basis. This report helps pinpoint the strengths and developmental needs of the person, as well as what training needs that individual requires to be more effective on the job. The Index provides data from direct reports, peers and superiors. The behavioral, business-oriented statements lead to a practical evaluation of the leader's ability to produce results for the company. Because a forced-choice format is used, raters cannot purposely make a manager look strong or weak, they can only describe the behaviors that person demonstrates on the job. There are open-ended questions that address the leader's strengths and important developmental needs. The open-ended responses provide rich data leaders can use to modify behavior if they are motivated to do so. One-on-one coaching is also available to provide business action planning to help the employee maximize performance. The Dimensions are Strategic, Innovative, Decisive, Participative, Presence, Communicative, Persuasive, Motivating Others, Dominant, Cooperative, Versatile, Delegation, Structure, Follow-Up, Coaching, Results, and Compassion. The Leadership 360 is appropriate for people who would like to gain insight into their strengths and weaknesses as leaders of others. It is especially useful as a tool for new managers who are finding their way within a new organizational structure. Administration time is approximately 15 minutes for the leader and each rater. |
