Overview: Most successful organizations have effective leadership at all levels of their corporate structure. PRADCO can help evaluate supervisors and managers to determine whether they have the significant leadership skills that are needed to effectively get results through others.

The Index measures 17 dimensions of leadership, focusing on Decision-Making Style, Interpersonal Style and Management Style. The behavioral statements result in objective ratings. The forced-choice format eliminates faking, biases and intentional shading of responses.

The Dimensions are Strategic, Innovative, Decisive, Participative, Presence, Communicative, Persuasive, Motivating Others, Dominant, Cooperative, Versatile, Delegation, Structure, Follow-Up, Coaching, Results, and Compassion.

The Leadership Index is used for all jobs involving project lead, supervisory, management, or leadership responsibility.
