experienced and emerging leaders with the comprehensive tools and

Beginning with a 360-degree assessment, which analyzes leadership
behavior or emotional intelligence as perceived by the person, direct
reports, bosses and peers, a report is compiled and analyzed during
an initial feedback session. Then the participant is helped to identify
strengths, weaknesses and probable paths for improvement based upon 17
leadership practices or 16 emotional intelligence factors.
Following the feedback session, PRADCO's coaches help isolate specific
areas that will have the greatest impact for the person and the
organization. In subsequent meetings, action steps are taken to
improve leadership behavior in areas of weakness.
At the end of this process, another 360-degree assessment is
conducted to gauge behavior change and ensure specific improvement
and business goals have been reached. |
